Meeting the monthly target with the help of distribution checking and visiting all display outlets.

Handling motivating team of distributors and achieving sales target with help of them.

Handling motivating and execution of task by sales team.

Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&S sales.

Building and maintain excellent relations withHoreca, Modern Trade and general trade.

Be responsible for maintaining customer relations with both new and existing customers.

Ensuring the infrastructure and service level of stockiest unit quality of delivery etc.

Implementing company strategies in order streamline flow of business.

Developing territory appointment new distributors /increase sales of existing one.

Preparing statement month reports damage and shortage claims.

To increase sales in my territory by extending coverage and appointing new distributors.

Built a marketing planning

Doing sales promotion activities from product.

Let analysis what position our brand.

Make sales planning both distributors and dealers point of view.

Make marketing strategy both internal and external in the dealers &distributors.
