Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Identifying and exploiting business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Managing Primary and Secondary sales.
Appointing new dealers/stockiest to increase market penetration by geography.
Handling distributor issues with regard to claims and ROI.
Planning and execution of dealers/stockiest motivation schemes.
Effective coverage and driving range & depth of product portfolio.
Building good rapport as well as controlling the distributor team.
Payment collections, administration of Marketing & Sales promotion activities in the channel.
Interfacing with the various functions for smooth and timely availability of products/services to the channel.
Giving regular feedback and information of our brand performance and competitive activity.

Required Candidate profile

He should have 2 to 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG / Beverage industries with a proven track record in various role.
