E Commerce Manager

We are WayCool - as a leading food development and distribution company, we are passionate about driving positive impact in the lives of thousands of farmers and reducing food wastage We partner with our extensive farmers' network (over 35000 and counting!) to hygienically and efficiently transport fresh produce from farm to fork, minimizing wastage, maximizing farmer benefit, and creating value in the process.

We support our partners across wholesale customer segments such as modern trade, hospitality chains, industrial canteens, and general provisions outlets, and fulfill the needs of our individual customers through SunnyBee, our company owned retail stores. Today we are an energetic team of over 1000 employees collaborating to effectively drive and expand our B2B and B2C Operations across Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore & Hyderabad.

We are looking for an exceptional E Commerce Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join us in our Marketing team in Chennai.

This is a permanent full-time role with responsibility to -

Own the e-commerce revenue targets and work towards realizing them

Drive traffic, conversion, product sales and other web KPIs

Plan, analyze, test and optimize the entire visit-to-lead-to-purchase funnel continuously improving onsite performance

Establish B2C online shop and communication strategy (email, social media and other channels)

Create B2C communication & promotional plans, including annual calendars incorporating all major e-commerce events and opportunities by client and region

Improve online shop, and e-commerce functionalities along with the Solutions team

Drive digital analytics efforts to develop insights around ecommerce business

Manage vendors who provide e-commerce services such as email provider, personalization engine etc.

Improve member engagement by optimizing UX and Campaigns using tools like A/B testing

Leverage tools like Google Analytics, QlikView, Peerius for web analytics, data visualization & personalization

Improve e-commerce KPIs and deepen member engagement for continued business growth

We are looking for candidates who have :

Bachelor or Master Degree ideally in business, marketing or e-commerce

B2C and B2B e-commerce experience and a successful track record, including driving above market online conversion rates

Account management experience or skills

Experience in website and online shop management as well as email marketing

Experience setting rigorous A/B testing, OST and MVT

Strong analytical and reporting skills, along with experience in tools such as Google Analytics.

Are adept at delivering in high growth settings, responding to ambiguity with a balance of structure and innovation, and work well with minimal supervision.
