Job Description

Put in place a distribution network in the assigned area.

Coordinate with the logistics/operations team to ensure that milk/products are delivered on time and 100% cash is collected.

Ensures that crates are rotated on a daily basis from market to plant.

Coordinate with Executives and ASMs to get the indent on time.

Will manage 3 to 5 Sales Executives or ASMs and have to drive the executives to achieve the target assigned.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure branding is done as per the company policy.

Manage the product recall or return as per company policy.

Actively push new products introduced to the market.Roles and Responsibilities
